Materials.
Wood.
The wooden profiles are made with selected materials of first choice with proper drying, treated with light and ultraviolet resistant colors, and protected with specific antiseptics.
The finishing is carried out by water-based process with nanotechnology products:
first phase: anti-mould and antifungal impregnation applied with flow coating system;
second phase: protective bottom applied with flow coating system;
third phase: applied finish with automatic reciprocators system.
Aluminium.
The profiles are in aluminum alloy 6060 (UNI 9006/1) supply T6, dimensional tolerance 1/2 UNI 3569. The profiles are treated by anodized finish, or powder coating in RAL and metallized colors, on request wood paint.
Coupling of aluminium and wood.
Indirect coupling thanks to the interposition of a connector and insulating element (interlocking nylon locking dowel), which allows an expansion of the two materials free from tension.
Seals.
The frame includes different types of seals, each with its own function and characteristic. The seals, made with a special elastomer (EPDM), help to ensure perfect thermo-acoustic insulation and high resistance to atmospheric agents.
Drainage.
All fixed frames are machined to ensure water drainage. The drainage slots of the frames are made of retractable, while on some types will be made visible protected externally with special shells.

Double glazing.
The profiles will ensure the insertion of double glazing with a standard thickness of 28 mm up to a maximum of 52 mm. For windows the insulating glass is 4-18-BE-6/7 and on windows doors is 6/7-16/BE-6/7 with argon gas and thermally improved spacer.
